How the SMS Service Works (Double Opt-In):

An employer adds an employee's mobile number to our secure administrative portal.
Our system triggers an invitation SMS to the employee.
The employee must reply START to affirmatively opt-in to receive scheduling alerts. No functional messages are sent until this consent is received.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description: The Make Me A Schedule service sends transactional shift notifications, schedule updates, and authentication messages to employees of subscribing employers.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user activity and shift scheduling needs.

3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless provider for details.

4. How to Opt Out: Text STOP to the phone number to unsubscribe. We will send a single confirmation text. To re-join, follow the initial opt-in process via your employer.

5. Support & Liability: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@makemeaschedule.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Usage: Information is used strictly for shift alerts, confirmations, and identity verification.
